Vivekanandalay Facilities

We plan to accomodate 48 Senior Citizens in 24 rooms with double occupancy. 12 Guest rooms will be provided for visting relatives of the Sneior Citizens, Tourists and Sponsors.The Campus will also have a Central Kitchen and Dining Hall, a Multipurpose Hall, Gazebos, Temple, Gardens and Jogging Track.An ambulance, a Doctor, Dispensary and Shuttle buses from and to the nearest station would be provided.

Guest Room Type A
The Guest Rooms for Senior Citizens shall consist of dual occupany twin sharing beds. There would be an attached Europena style WC and Bathroom. A Wardrobe and separate Dressing Area shall be provided. A sit-out porch is provided for the residents to enjoy the nature.
Guest Room Type B
The Guest Rooms for Senior Citizens shall consist of dual occupany twin sharing beds. There would be an attached Europena style WC and Bathroom. A Wardrobe and separate Dressing Area shall be provided. A sit-out porch is provided for the residents to enjoy the nature.
Central Kitchen
The Kitchen will be designed to cook meals for about 60-75 people. It will be gas based, and will have facility for grinding, baking, frying and steaming. A Grain store and a general store shall be provided. A large scale industrial refrigerator will be provided to stock perishable items.



Dining Hall
The Dining Hall shall have seating capacity of about 50 persons at a time. It will have a mix of 4 and 8 seater tables. A serving counter will be provided adjacent to the kitchen. Visiting guests can availa of this faclity for a price.
Temple
To Enable the senior citizens to offer prayers, perform pujas, Aartis and meditate a temple shall be provided. This will be Ganesh Mandir with some other dieties from the local villages
Administrative Building
An Administrative Building will be provided where all the offices and departments required to manage the campus will be located. The first time visitor to the campus will report to this office and register himself.



Garden & Jogging
A Garden will be provided in the centre of the campus. It will have Gazebos spread out at 3-4 locations, to allow the residents to sit close to the nature. A Jogging track abuting the garden will also be provided for health conscious residents.
Dispensary
A Well Equiped Medical Centre cum Dispensary will be provided next to the Administrative Building. This will be manned by a Qualified Doctor assisted by a team of Nurses and Ward Boys. Primaray health healthcare and medicines will be provided.
Ambulance
An Ambulance available on 24x7 basis will be stationed in the campus. In case of any emergency arising during the say of ay resident, the Ambulance will be used to take the patient to the nearest Hospital as directed by the local docgtor.



Multi-purpose Hall
A multi-purpose Hall is being provided to accomodate about 100 people. Various programs on Health, Wellness, Community Welfare, Education, Environemtal Awareness that are planned will be held here.
